Naturopathic Medicine Consult:

Initial Consult: This appointment includes a thorough review of health history, main health concerns, current supplements and medications, diet; review of recent labs or diagnostic tests; discussion of functional tests; discussion of health goals; and beginning of an individualized wellness plan.

Follow-up Consult: This appointment allows for review of tests, assessment of progress in health goals, dietary and lifestyle recommendations, herbal and supplement recommendations, and continuing to develop and individualized wellness plan.

Acupuncture:

The insertion of needles into specific acupuncture points to promote healing and balance. The acupuncture points will be selected based on health history, main concerns, and tongue and pulse diagnosis. Acupuncture may  also be done with non-needle techniques, ie, microcurrent or cold laser.

Acupressure:

The application of pressure to specific acupuncture points and channels. The pressure is applied by various techniques with the thumb, finger tips, or palm.

Auricular Acupuncture:

The insertion of needles into specific acupuncture points on the ear. This can also be done with non-needle techniques, ie, microcurrent, press beads, or cold laser.

Cupping:

The application of cups to acupuncture points or areas of pain. Cupping is beneficial for fertility, pain relief, emotional support, respiratory health, detoxification, and weight loss.

Castor Oil Pack:

A traditional naturopathic therapy. Application of a castor oil pack over the liver and digestive organs supports detoxification and digestive function. Excellent therapy for detoxification, weight loss, or menstrual cramps. The pack can also be placed over joints to alleviate pain.
