Transparent Pricing for Integrative, Personalized Care

At Health Blossoms, we believe healing starts with clarity. Below you’ll find current visit options and pricing for each of our core services: Naturopathic Medicine, Acupuncture, Acupuncture with Low-Level Laser Therapy, and The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® (ATMAT®).

All new clients are invited to schedule a free 15-minute Discovery Call to learn more and see if we’re a good fit.

Naturopathic fees

Complementary Discovery Call (15 minutes)

Initial Visit (60 minutes): $595

Initial Wellness Program: this program allows for comprehensive wellness guidance over 12 months with an initial visit and follow-up visits tailored to individual needs. Prepay for the program, $2500. This includes office visit fees with a 15% discount debited from the $2500. Also includes 15% off of Functional Health Reports. $2500 wellness program. Also includes 25% off of Fullscript supplements.

Follow-Up Consult (30 minutes): $195
Follow-up Nutritional Consult (30 minutes): $245
Follow-Up Consult (45 minutes): $245

Functional Health Report (Add-on): $25–$50
Follow-Up Chinese or Mayan Herbal Consult (30 minutes): $195

Follow-Up Wellness Program: $1250, pre paid
This is a 12 month program to continue comprehensive wellness care. This includes a 15% discount on office visit fees and Functional Health Reports. The fees will be debited from the $1250.

Naturopathic visits may include in-depth lab analysis, dietary and lifestyle protocols, herbal or supplement recommendations, and root-cause care planning.

Acupuncture

  • 45-minute video consultation
  • 75-minute in-office treatment
  • Follow-Up Visit (45 minutes): $95
  • Follow-Up Visit (60 minutes): $135
  • Add-on Enhancements for 60-Minute Follow-Ups
  • Cupping with magnet or silicone cups: $15
  • Cupping with laser cups: $25
  • Electroacupuncture: $15
  • Castor Oil Pack: $15
  • Tuina (Chinese bodywork): $15

Each treatment is customized based on Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis, menstrual cycle timing, and patient comfort.

Acupuncture with Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT)

  • 45-minute video consultation
  • 75-minute in-office laser treatment

The GigaLaser provides a broad application ideal for fertility support, inflammation, hormone regulation, and egg quality enhancement.

  • 45-minute video consultation

  • Mayn herbal recommendation
  • Follow-Up Massage (30 minutes): $135
  • Follow-Up Massage (60 minutes): $165

  • Packages may include a mix of both visit lengths

Each session may include hand’s on Arvigo massage with castor oil and cycle appropriate essential oils to the abdomen and back.

Payment & Scheduling Notes

  • For initial naturopathic consults, a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the consult fee is due 2 weeks before the appointment and the remaining 50% is due the morning of the appointment.
  • For follow-up naturopathic consults, payment is due the day before or the morning of the appointment.
  • For in-office therapies, payment is due at the time of service.
  • Packages must be prepaid to receive discounted pricing.
  • Virtual consultations are conducted through our secure Charm Health Patient Portal.
  • You’ll receive personalized supplement and herbal recommendations through our Fullscript Dispensary.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book a Discovery Call before my first appointment?

No, but we recommend it! The free 15-minute Discovery Call is a great way to ask questions, learn about our approach, and find out which service is right for you. If you're ready to dive in, you're welcome to schedule your full initial visit directly. You can request to cancel or reschedule appointments easily through your Charm Patient Portal.

Can I mix and match services in a package?

At this time, packages are only valid within the same service (e.g., ATMAT® or LLLT).

What is included in the Naturopathic Medicine initial visit?

$595 fee covers:

  • A 60-minute in-depth intake
  • Time spent reviewing labs, customizing protocols, and preparing recommendations between visits

This comprehensive model ensures your care is personalized, not rushed.

Do you accept insurance?

The services at Health Blossoms are not submitted to insurance and super bills are not provided.
The services are self-pay or out of pocket.
We accept, debit, credit, HSA or FSA for payment.

Can I use my HSA or FSA card?

Yes! Most HSA and FSA plans cover services such as acupuncture, naturopathic consultations, and Maya massage therapy along with supplements from Fullscript. Please check with your provider for confirmation.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Due to the nature of the practice, we request a 1 week notification for rescheduling or cancellations and require 72 hours for rescheduling or cancellations. This allows us time to manage the schedule and offer the spot to another patient.

How do I order my recommended supplements?

All supplements are available through our secure Fullscript Dispensary, where you can:

  • Order with a 20% patient discount
  • Set up auto-refills
  • Receive practitioner-approved formulas delivered to your door
